- 500 g potatoes
- 200 g flour
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 8 ripe plums
- 50 g sugar
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 50 g butter
- cinnamon to taste
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them.
- Mix the mashed potatoes with flour, egg, and salt to form a dough.
- Wrap a piece of dough around each plum along with a bit of sugar.
- Boil the dumplings in salted water until they float to the surface.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and toast the breadcrumbs.
- Coat the dumplings in the toasted breadcrumbs and sprinkle with cinnamon.

- You can use other fruits if preferred.
