- 1 head Wirsing (savoy cabbage)
- 400 grams ground beef
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200 ml beef broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Chop the Wirsing and add it to the pot.
- Pour in the beef broth, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then stir well.
- Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
