- 100 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 g cream cheese
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150 g jam or fruit filling
- 50 g chocolate (for decoration)
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Fold in the flour and baking powder gently.
- Spread the batter evenly in the baking tray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Once baked, let it cool slightly before rolling it up with a damp kitchen towel.
- For the filling, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll the cake, spread the filling, and add the jam or fruit filling.
- Roll the cake back up carefully and place it seam-side down.
- For decoration, melt the chocolate and drizzle it on top of the cake.
- Let it set before serving.
