- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine sweet corn, milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Mix in the flour, sugar, salt, black pepper, and cheese until smooth.
- Add the diced bell pepper and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
