- 125 g unsalted butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 200 g mixed berries
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and salt together.
- Add the egg yolk and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and mix to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough and line the tartlet pans.
- In a saucepan, combine the berries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Cook until thickened.
- Fill the tartlet shells with the berry mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
- Can be made with different berries according to preference.
