A delicious and simple baguette sandwich with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.

- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 200 grams fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
- Layer sliced tomatoes and mozzarella on the bottom half of the baguette.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
- Add fresh basil leaves.
- Top with the other half of the baguette and press down lightly.
- Slice into portion sizes and serve.

- For extra flavor, marinate the tomatoes in balsamic vinegar and olive oil for 30 minutes before assembling the sandwich.
