- 400 grams firm tofu
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 100 grams breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- Press tofu to remove excess water and crumble it into a bowl.
- Add onion, garlic, bread crumbs, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For added flavor, try adding fresh herbs.
- Serve with a side salad or in a burger bun.
