Delicious and healthy Tofu-Frikadellen, perfect for a plant-based meal.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams firm tofu
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water and crumble it into a bowl.
  2. Add onion, garlic, bread crumbs, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into patties.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, try adding fresh herbs.
  • Serve with a side salad or in a burger bun.
