Delicious Tiramisu balls, infused with the classic flavors of coffee and mascarpone cheese.

- 250 grams mascarpone cheese
- 200 grams ladyfingers
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 50 grams cocoa powder
- 100 grams dark chocolate, grated
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers quickly in the coffee and layer them in a dish.
- Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers.
- Sprinkle grated chocolate and cocoa powder in between layers.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with mascarpone on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Once chilled, form into small balls and roll in cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso in place of brewed coffee.
- These can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
