Delicious Tiramisu balls, infused with the classic flavors of coffee and mascarpone cheese.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 200 grams ladyfingers
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 50 grams cocoa powder
  • 100 grams dark chocolate, grated
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Dip ladyfingers quickly in the coffee and layer them in a dish.
  3. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers.
  4. Sprinkle grated chocolate and cocoa powder in between layers.
  5. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with mascarpone on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  7. Once chilled, form into small balls and roll in cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso in place of brewed coffee.
  • These can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
