Deliciously crispy and golden brown Tater Tots loaded with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated potatoes
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, flour, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Form the mixture into small cylinders or balls.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the Tater Tots until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
