- 2 cups grated potatoes
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Oil for frying
- Grate the potatoes and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, flour, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the mixture into small cylinders or balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the Tater Tots until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
