  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla; stir until well combined.
  4. Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with sliced strawberries.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool and dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving.
