- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a pot, combine sugar and water; heat until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in orange juice, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Let the mixture cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the cooled juice mixture into the whipped cream.
- Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Unmold and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try using other fruit juices.
- Serve with fresh fruit on top for added decoration.
