A refreshing and fruity dessert perfect for summer!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine sugar and water; heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in orange juice, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Let the mixture cool completely.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the cooled juice mixture into the whipped cream.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  7. Unmold and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, try using other fruit juices.
  • Serve with fresh fruit on top for added decoration.
