- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup tikka masala sauce
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garam masala, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and cilantro.
- Form mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat the tikka masala sauce.
- Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve with yogurt on top.
