- 500 grams bread flour
- 300 grams water
- 100 grams sourdough starter
- 10 grams salt
- 5 grams sugar
- 5 grams active dry yeast
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the water, sourdough starter, and yeast until dissolved.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Punch down the dough and shape into rolls.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
