- 250 grams Quark
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 egg
- 200 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 grams butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the Quark, sugar, egg, and melted butter.
- In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Shape the dough into small figures or balls.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
