- 100 g Haferflocken (oats)
- 2 Eier (eggs)
- 50 g Zucker (sugar)
- 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker (vanilla sugar)
- 1 Teelöffel Backpulver (baking powder)
- Prise Salz (salt)
- In a bowl, mix Quark, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the oats and stir until combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the pan.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm, optionally with fruit or yogurt.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use low-fat Quark.
- These pancakes can be frozen for later use.
