- 500 grams all-purpose flour
- 250 grams unsalted butter
- 200 grams sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 250 grams powdered sugar for dusting
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Gradually incorporate the flour and baking powder until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 cm and cut out desired shapes.
- Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
