Deliciously creamy chicken recipe inspired by Philadelphia cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 200g Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 200ml chicken broth
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and brown on both sides.
  4. Stir in the paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat and add the Philadelphia cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  7. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with your choice of sides.

Notes

  • This dish can be served with rice, pasta, or steamed vegetables.
  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
