- 4 chicken breasts
- 200g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 200ml chicken broth
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add the chicken breasts and brown on both sides.
- Stir in the paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and add the Philadelphia cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
