Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 200 grams noodles
  • 100 grams mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breast until fully cooked and shred it.
  2. In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and red bell pepper, cooking until soft.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and shredded chicken.
  7. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water and add to the soup to thicken.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
