- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with broccoli and garlic.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
