- 500 grams mushrooms
- 100 grams breadcrumbs
- 50 grams flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- oil for frying
- Clean and slice the mushrooms.
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip each mushroom slice first in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the breaded mushrooms until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
