Deliciously crispy breaded mushrooms, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams mushrooms
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dip each mushroom slice first in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the breaded mushrooms until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
