- 1 kg quinces
- 500 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- Wash and peel the quinces, then cut them into quarters.

- Cook over medium heat until the quinces are soft.
- Blend the mixture until smooth, then pour it into a baking dish.
- Spread it evenly and let it dry in a low oven for several hours.
