- 200g granulated sugar
- 125g unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 100ml milk
- 150g Nutella
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking tray.
- In a bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold gently into the batter.
- Add the milk and Nutella, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tray and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and optionally frost with Nutella before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- This cake can be frozen for longer storage. Just make sure to wrap it well.
