- 500 grams mixed nuts
- 250 grams flour
- 200 grams sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Chop the mixed nuts.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add the chopped nuts, salt, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy.
- Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and combine.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing.
