- 4 chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the miso mixture and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
