Delicious and savory miso-glazed chicken thighs, perfectly roasted for a mouthwatering dish.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the miso mixture and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
