A delicious twist on the classic Caesar salad with a miso dressing.

- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine and kale.
- In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Add croutons and Parmesan cheese, then toss again.
- Serve immediately.
