A refreshing and vibrant salad featuring ripe mangoes and avocados.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes and avocados.
  2. Add the red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  3. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil, then season with salt.
  4. Gently toss to combine all ingredients without mashing the avocados.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This salad is best served fresh.
  • Feel free to adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less jalapeño.
