- 200g almonds, ground
- 100g sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150g cranberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix ground almonds, sugar, and egg white until combined.
- Form the mixture into heart shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix cranberries and orange zest.
- Once cookies are cool, spoon the cranberry-orange filling onto half of the hearts and top with the other half.
- Drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
