A delicious low-carb version of a classic cheeseburger, wrapped in a flavorful low-carb tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 2 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Once the beef is fully cooked, place cheddar cheese slices on top and allow them to melt.
  3. Warm the low-carb tortillas in a separate pan.
  4. Assemble the wraps by placing the cooked beef and cheese on each tortilla.
  5. Add lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard to each wrap.
  6. Roll up the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
  • Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for meal prep.
