- 2 low-carb tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Once the beef is fully cooked, place cheddar cheese slices on top and allow them to melt.
- Warm the low-carb tortillas in a separate pan.
- Assemble the wraps by placing the cooked beef and cheese on each tortilla.
- Add lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard to each wrap.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
