- 500 grams Leberkäse
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Dice the Leberkäse and add it to the pot, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the paprika and cumin, cooking for another minute.
- Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and bell pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat, cover, and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
