- 6 large onions, sliced
- 200g bacon, diced
- 3 eggs
- 250ml sour cream
- 200g grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then add the onions and sauté until translucent.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and sour cream, then season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the onion and bacon mixture over the pie crust.
- Pour the egg and sour cream mixture over the onions.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
