- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 300 grams fresh salmon
- 1 egg yolk
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the pastry rectangles.
- Top with slices of salmon.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
- Brush with egg yolk.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
