Delicious and refreshing Kiwi-Kokos-Röllchen that balance the sweetness of kiwi with creamy coconut.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe kiwis
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package of thin pancakes

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the kiwis into small slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pancakes.
  4. Place kiwi slices on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Roll the pancakes tightly and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  6. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
