A delicious and elegant dessert inspired by the famous Kinder Bueno chocolate bars, featuring layers of chocolate and hazelnut.

Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 200g powdered sugar
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 200g Kinder Bueno bars, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50g hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, then mix until thickened.
  5. Fold in the chopped Kinder Bueno bars.
  6. Pour the filling over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
  8. Before serving, top with chopped hazelnuts.

Notes

  • For a richer taste, use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
  • Let the torte sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing.
