- 200 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams powdered sugar
- 100 grams butter
- 200 grams digestive biscuits, crushed
- 100 grams white chocolate, melted
- 50 grams cocoa powder for coating
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
- Add the crushed digestive biscuits and stir until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once firm, coat the balls in melted white chocolate, then roll them in cocoa powder.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
