Delicious and creamy no-bake cheesecake balls that are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 100 grams butter
  • 200 grams digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 100 grams white chocolate, melted
  • 50 grams cocoa powder for coating

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the crushed digestive biscuits and stir until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once firm, coat the balls in melted white chocolate, then roll them in cocoa powder.
  6. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the mixture.
  • These can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container.
