Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  3. Pour in the batter and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
  4. Add raisins if using, then flip the pancake or break it into pieces to cook the other side.
  5. Continue cooking until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
