- 500 grams flour
- 300 ml milk
- 50 grams sugar
- 10 grams salt
- 50 grams butter
- 20 grams yeast
- 1 egg
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- In a saucepan, heat milk and melt butter.
- Add yeast to the warm milk mixture and let it foam.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for an hour.
- Shape the dough into heart shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Let them rise again for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter version, you can add cinnamon to the dough.
