- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, and salt to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut into heart shapes.
- In another bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, black pepper, and basil for the filling.
- Place a spoonful of filling on half of the dough shapes, top with the remaining shapes, and seal.
- Cook the ravioli in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with warm tomato sauce.
