- 500 grams minced meat
- 200 grams raclette cheese
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg
- 100 grams breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 10 small potatoes
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix minced meat, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and mustard.
- Form small meatballs and place them on a baking tray.
- Boil the potatoes until tender.
- Bake the meatballs in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- In the last few minutes of baking, add slices of raclette cheese on top of the meatballs.
- Serve hot with boiled potatoes.

- Can be served with pickles and salad for a complete meal.
