- 1 head green cabbage
- 500 grams potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 liters vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Chop the cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and onion.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the cabbage, potatoes, and carrots to the pot.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and vinegar to taste.
