- 1 head savoy cabbage
- 200 grams butter
- 100 grams breadcrumbs
- 50 grams mixed nuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Remove the outer leaves of the savoy cabbage and cut it into quarters.
- In a large pot, melt 100 grams of butter and add the quarters of savoy cabbage.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Cover and braise the cabbage for about 30 minutes on low heat.
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add the breadcrumbs and chopped nuts.
- Toast the mixture until golden brown and fragrant.
- Once the cabbage is tender, transfer it to a serving dish and sprinkle the nut mixture on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
