A hearty German soup made from fresh green beans cooked in a flavorful broth, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
