- 500 g flour
- 250 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 200 g bacon
- 1 onion
- 2 spring onions
- 100 g cheese
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Spread crème fraîche on each circle.
- Top with bacon, onion, and cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with spring onions before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute bacon with vegetables.
- Best served warm with a glass of white wine.
