A delicious dish combining feta cheese and sweet bell peppers.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Place the feta inside the bell pepper halves.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the feta is warm.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer or a side dish.
