- 200 g Feta cheese
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- Place the feta inside the bell pepper halves.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the feta is warm.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or a side dish.
