500 grams ground beef
250 grams ground pork
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs
100 grams breadcrumbs
100 ml milk
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 bell pepper, diced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, mustard, salt, pepper, parsley, carrot, and bell pepper.
Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until cooked through.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving with gravy and sides.
Notes
This dish can be served warm or cold.
