- 500 g ground beef
- 500 g ground pork
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 100 ml sparkling water
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef and ground pork.
- Add onions, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and parsley.
- Gradually add sparkling water and mix until the mixture is well combined.
- Form the mixture into small sausages about 10 cm long.
- Grill or pan-fry the cevapcici until browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the mixture rest in the fridge for a few hours before grilling.
- Serve with bread and a fresh salad.
