- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 150 g butter
- 500 g cream cheese
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 200 g Daim chocolate bars
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet gelatin
- 3 tbsp water
- Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Chop the Daim chocolate bars and add them to the mixture along with vanilla extract.
- Dissolve gelatin in water and add it to the mixture.
- Pour the filling over the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Once set, decorate with additional chopped Daim bars and serve.
Notes
- For a more intense chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
- Ensure the cake is chilled properly before serving for the best texture.
