- 1 package croissant dough
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into heart shapes.
- Place a small amount of chocolate chips and raspberry jam in the center of each heart.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
- Insert a lollipop stick into the bottom of each croissant heart.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
