10 spring roll wrappers
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for sealing)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface, add a spoonful of filling, and roll tightly, sealing the edges with cornstarch mixed with a little water if desired.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
Place the rolled spring rolls in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking oil.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
Notes
Adjust the filling ingredients to your taste and preference.
Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
