These crispy airfryer spring rolls are a delightful and healthier take on a traditional favorite, perfectly crisp and full of flavor.

  • 10 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for sealing)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface, add a spoonful of filling, and roll tightly, sealing the edges with cornstarch mixed with a little water if desired.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
  4. Place the rolled spring rolls in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking oil.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.

Notes

  • Adjust the filling ingredients to your taste and preference.
  • Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
  • These spring rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before cooking.
