A creamy and delicious one-pot pasta dish that is easy to prepare and perfect for a family meal.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in the pasta, vegetable broth, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and spinach, cooking until the spinach is wilted.
  6. Add salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Mix well and serve hot.
