- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, milk, and parsley. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
